We got an email that Samsung is having massive logistics issues across multiple products, and there’s no ETA of when it’ll be fixed
I recently ordered an A73 and A33 separately and both arrived within a week.
They are having logistical issues for nearly 2 years now. Have the same problem when I bought from them 2 years ago. They marked as shipped and gave you the tracking number but still in their warehouse in Sydney and they never notified StarTracks to come and picked up the parcel. You can’t cancel it because they marked the order as shipped within the day you made payment. Each time to try to talk to them, they tell you that they’re investigating the issue and get back to you and never will. Eventually after 4-6 weeks it’s turns up. So after that fiasco, I’m never buy anything from Samsung online shop again.
Took me over a month to get my S8 ultra. Kept hassling and they didn't do shit. Really quite a joke. No idea why the delay

What did you say to them? I tried and best I got was a $100 voucher. 10% would be better for me as I'm looking at the S22 Ultra 1 TB

That's strange. Maybe you can contact samsung over chat and share the following screenshot. It should work from what I can understand.
Likely a unique code so wouldn’t share it, noticed they also dropped the trade in value from $400 to $250
