    195: flex Edge beater and pastry beater
    160: standard beater

    Edit: based on what came with the 160 we bought. (also bought the Flex Edge beater later)
    I didn't compare the motor or anything, but when I was looking, the artisan tilt head range were all the same unit, just different bundles.
