Great price for 16gb SODIMM RAM. Perfect for those who bought Legion 5 Pro recently and looking up upgrade away from the stock 1Rx16 8gb RAM sticks.

Usually dispatched within 2 to 5 weeks.

While it doesn't explicitly indicate it is x8, a few comments from previous deal and in L5P deal indicates that all 16gb RAM sticks are x8.

For those wiser in these details, please let ozb know.

        From the research I've done, there isn't much difference with 1R or 2R.

        x8 is faster than x16.

        My Legion 5 Pro came with 2x8gb sticks, both were the slower x16 ones.

        Plan is to upgrade to 2x16gb with x8.

        Either is fine, what you want to stay away from is 1Rx16.

            @Damonator84: No, it’s the density. Linus Tech Tips did a video on this issue but in short, it had about 20% performance difference between the two memory types in high end laptops

    Yes you can use these on laptop that have ddr4 sodimm slot. Some laptops have soldered RAM so might not be upgradable.

      Crucial website says it will work with E490

      There is no difference between buying 2x16gb (of the same RAM) vs 32gb kit (2x16gb).
