After my Trouver died I decided to play safe and go back to Dyson. Bought the V8 a couple hours ago from eBay. At least there's always aftermarket batteries and parts available
Dyson warranty is 2 years and in my experience during this period they just send you replacement part on express after photo or video showing fault. You don't even need to return the broken part/accessories.
Kogan on the other hand, they don't carry any parts and will require you to send the whole item back. Their warranty period is 12 months however I recently had my V10 replaced out of warranty (14 months from receiving date and 17 months from purchase as it was a presale) and now I got the latest floor head on the V10. Much better than disappearing seller on ebay like the Trouver.
Good price, I'm having a T30 which has the replacement battery. I'm happy with its performance.
Where did you buy that from?
I got it from eBay last November for around 600 dollars. But it is the EU version.
Trouver has burnt me for life. No more Xiaomi vacuums

What's the battery life and charge time.
My v9 dropped hard and broke the pladstic holding battery, so it's a bit annoying. I have had it since the v9 first came out though.
I did buy my mum a v10 and she loves it.
Although getting a second battery on the T30 sounds awesome. But it's getting a bit high price wise.
T20 Pro from Costco gets you the extra battery
i bought this and unfortunately it was faulty within a week with an "E3" error which means return to manufacturer. Had to return for refund.
Great machine.
You will find that the biggest let down is battery performance - just doesn't last long even under a medium power setting.
