  Please provide examples of bookings (including dates, hotel, room type, booking conditions, taxes and surcharges) where you are actually cheaper than anywhere else.

  Hi Render! I remember chatting with you and would love to earn your business. You have great questions and I understand your concern.

  Here is a summary of the savings you can expect, in the 3-star categories you'll see up to 20% off usually, and in the 4-& 5-star categories you can see up to 60% off compared to retail OTA's (Retail OTA's put the biggest markup on 4 & 5 stars). Of course, a last-minute booking for a 2.5 to 3-star hotel will see the lowest savings.

  Since we bill in USD, people who book with the Australian Dollar may get an unfavorable fiat exchange rate and/or additional foreign exchange fees from their debit or credit card carrier that may cut into the savings offered, but with crypto payments, this is not an issue.

  Also, our members see greater savings for 4 & 5-star hotels booked more than 14-days in advance.

    Last time I signed up and checked a bunch of options and there is basically no savings and most were more expensive. For example the Banyan Tree Mayakota you have previously found a deal saving $10000 currently is around $4000 more expensive for similar reservation in the future. When I checked I couldn't find a single 5 star hotel in Sydney that was actually a good deal on your website and I checked many.

    Possibly there are some deals somewhere, but my guess is you are making some very wild comparisons.

    Furthermore, the tax being hidden, and the lack of AUD currency, plus the hidden prices on the search page, and the search resetting very rapidly and requiring the entire search to be restarted, these things make your website extremely bad experience to use.

  didnt include 5% discount because normally you can find 10-15% cashback or discount for other hotels too
