And when you got a problem with the unit and contact Renogy support team the support team WILL ask you many many technical questions and expect you to trouble shoot many times, why dont you just simply ask your customer to return the item and you send the replacement instead?

    • Are you speaking from personal experience? There is a happy medium, I don't think it's unreasonable for sellers to ask customers questions as this is a technical item and people may be grateful to have assistance in getting their unit up and running, particularly if it means sending it back, then getting a new one only to discover that the customer is at fault. Finally to courier an item back then send out a new one is going to be $50+ these costs inevitably get passed onto the customers who know how to set it up for themselves. BTW I used to work at Going Solar (retail store) and we would get customers coming back into a store thinking an item was not working, I would explain what the issue is and they would go home happy knowing the item works properly.

Everything looks great except for this

Max. Solar Input Voltage : 25V

So many 36v panels out there. If you're designing from new, I guess thats not an issue, but if you're piecing toegether a system for your shed, or camper, your chance of using house cells has just dropped significantly.

Otherwise; features look fantastic for the price point.
