Well done, but please put location in title to alert people that it is probably a store special.

  • Nice post, I will have a look at my local Woolies. Thanks.

Just enough to wash down a Mrs Macs Pastie I reckon! ;)

A good keyboard to Rage on, and save your good keyboard for when you calm down.

    • haha this was just what I was thinking.

when a chopper comes for a strafing run at my tank in battlefield 3 and manages to take me out in one strafing run I can headbutt this keyboard then slam my fist against the numpad without having to worry at all!

can't wait to unleash my rage on it.

  • Also at cremorne / neutral bay wooloes

and you know they're still making money on this.
The true cost of these items is astounding.

definitely making a loss when taking into account with the staff and everything to sell this for $2. Might as well give it away for FREE and make that woolies store look awesome and attract more suckers from coles to go tehre to buy groceries.

  • Love your shopping list! to get or not to get? makes it harder to resist as middle camb is my local

  • Wonder how many spare keyboards everyone has lying around their place?

  • When these were first released at Christmas time for $4 each they were a bargain - I cleaned out a number of stores south of Adelaide for the school where I work. When I contacted Woolworths customer service in late-January looking for more, they said this line was more popular than they expected, and most stores (in SA anyway) sold out quickly.

Great bargain if you can find them for this price!

  • Is there anything they dont homebrand?

Man - you have a sweet tooth!!!

  • damn, just bought a $3.99 one at Noosaville last week.

    • just realised that this was at middle camberwell WW.

I used to work there in the 90's when it was Angus tuckerbag.

      • Those were the days and then for a short period of time it became AUR Foodrite or something like that

The shipping from China to Australia must surely be worth more than this.

I'd hate to think what the dudes working at the plant get.

(unless of course this is a sale lol)

      Why the hate!?

  • I cleaned out a local store at the original price. Cheap keyboard, rather bouncey. I would not use it as a primary keyboard, but a handy short term one for backup or temporary large keyboard for a laptop. Good buying at $4, this is even better.

  • Hmm, I could get 2L of choc milk or 2 keyboards :P

  • Yes they're cheap but the one I got earlier in the year had a problem with keys repeating (not physically sticking down, but still sending keystrokes, would even occur on bootup without any keys even being pressed!) and the letters began to wear off after a few weeks.
