Lian Li PC-O11 Dynamic XL ROG Certified Case Silver $239 Delivered @ PLE

210

Low price on this previously popular case and works out to be cheaper than the PCCG deal in February as PLE have free shipping on this case.

This case is very large at (D) 471 x (W) 285 x (H) 513mm and a great option for setting up a custom water loop. It can easily multiple 360mm AIOs on the top, bottom and side, as well as plenty of fans. There's 4 hot swappable drive bays and 6 storage mounting brackets with sections that can be swapped by 120mm fans. For the I/O there's a power button, reset button, 2x USB 3.0, 2x 3.5mm audio, USB-C and RGB control buttons. The RGB strip on the front is addressable.

In the previous deal ricky93 linked their own white build in this case and it looks great with plenty of room and cooling.

The OzBargain bot chose the worst preview image. Doesn't show off the front that looks much better :/

    • Manually updated.

      • 😘 thanks!

Is that 'asus rog cert'? If so, what's ROG got to do with anything?? Lol
I find it rather funny now, since x-fire and sli are mostly dead, companies still make massive cases to store (what most people would use) 1× powerful gpu. Serious question- how many people have 6×slots occupied? Be that a beefy triple-slot card and other stuff??
It is a nice case btw :-)

    • Potentially for custom water cooling. CPU and GPU + the res.

    • Maybe by shoving in a Noctua RTX 3080, probably the thickest card on the market at 4 slots ;-)

  • I wish i could afford a custom water loop. I remember EK selling full kits at half the price they are today.

Yeah EKs prices have just gone insane. $600 AU for a GPU block, $500 for the special distro plate made for this case.. yikes

      • I wonder what has caused the price rise to be so steep?? Distro plates i don't get at all lol. Bring back the helix res hehehe

      • Vote with your feet. I like ek’s stuff btw, but not at any price

Just finished the build in this case yesterday and I wish this deal had come earlier! It is awesome. The only downside is the 3.5 HDD cage temperature issue. I've got 4 drives in there and it's an oven. Had to DIY 2 coolers at the back with angle brackets from Bunnings.

    • Are the hdd's behind the mobo in the cable section?

      • Yeah

  • I have the non-ROG version of this case.

I find 3 large fans blowing in from the side and 3 exhausting out the top (water cooled CPU) works best

Some people put fans on the base, but I found they actually made it hotter….

Nice price for the ROG version.

  • Hmm, were many other builders here going over ricky's build pointing out to themselves how nearly all of the pieces installed were put in the messy way? Lol.

This case looks a lot more sexier than my Thermaltake X71, but less server-friendly.
