        @ste05 @djsydney

        Please note that while orders will initially track to your CR account, use of any codes or 3rd party activated cashback offers, will cause your CR cashback to be declined at reconciliation time by Menulog. I know this first hand as it’s happened to me. Menulog will only pay commission once to any publisher. Hope this helps :)

        Cashback is ineligible (1) if using any codes or offers unless specifically listed on Cashrewards (including payment with credit/debit cards that have their own Menulog cashback offers); (2) on orders paid by cash; (3) on pickup orders.

      • This one says it will not

    • No. Not any more.

      Thank you for reaching out to our team regarding your transaction with Menulog. I hope you're doing well.

      I looked into your transaction in the store's network and can see that it is marked decline. The reason listed for this is "MasterCard Cashback Used ". Please note that the Menulog store terms state:

      Cashback is ineligible if using any codes or offers unless specifically listed on Cashrewards (including payment with credit/debit cards that have their own Menulog cashback offers); on orders paid by cash; on pickup orders.

      You can view all the store terms here. This means that a third-party promotion was used on the purchase which is not listed to Cashrewards.

      Unfortunately, the application or inclusion of a promotion or offer on an order is out of our hands. The store does not pass the commission to us based on any incentive offer or code, which is why we have the term on our site.

      Please accept our apologies as we can't provide better news to you on this occasion.

      If you have any further questions, feel free to let me know. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.

      Have a lovely afternoon.

      NO as MENTIONED in OP as well as store rep comment

      Ive tried and tracks but doesn't pay

  • Do offers on Menulog itself make you ineligible for cashback? e.g. most of the places local to me that deliver have 10% or more off if you spend over $30. Will I just get that discount and invalidate the cashback?

    Heads up, mine was declined. Menulog claimed I clicked through Cashrewards on my phone and completed the order on a PC. I didn't, I only use my phone. As I said to the CR helpdesk, it doesn't make sense. If I had used a different device to pay and complete the order, how did CR track the correct payment amount? Surely it would have just shown in my click history, not in pending rewards…. Not Cash rewards fault, but frustrating…
