    $39 for the first time then $49 for next recharges. Hmmm competing against the likes of amysim, dodo and redbull others who $39 every recharge.

    $39.50 each month.. does not go up to $49.. The deal stays at $39.50 each month for users that sign up with the coupon. Seems to be the best value deal around at the moment with International calls and 5Gb data inc.

    While this is a deal if you compare to the regular price from Logitel, which is $49 with only 1gb of data, it is not really a deal when compared to already existing options that also use the Optus network.

    The standard Live Connected 'unlimited' plan, without any coupons etc is $39.99
    Which also has the 5gb (billed per KB) with tethering allowed, $90 international calls, unlimited sms/mms (national and international), video calls, 13/1300/1800 all included. They also use the Optus network. What I really like is the half monthly email informing me of my usage (I'm on a smaller plan with them).

    Just checked their site (live connected) and it seems to be 4000 minutesper month, not totally unlimited and they also charge $20 for sim delivery while logitel is true unlimited and no cost to send sim..

    My Virgin mobile claims using optus network also, but the network is crap.
    I sometimes either can't make or receive calls.

    The Optus network is going to the dogs with all these resellers. We used to think VodaFail was bad, but I dunno if that still applies (especially in Sydney).

    The Optus 3G is truly awful in Sydney - we have 2 phones on Optus (one Amaysim unlimited and one LiveConnected $16 plan and there is NO WAY we can use the data allowance. Not coz it's huge, but simply because it doesn't really work LOL

    This sounds like an excellent deal. Compared to the Live Connected one it really is unlimited. I am just coming out of my Optus plan and this one is at the top of my list now.
