Looks like a decent price for a brand name drill, especially if you're already in the Black & Decker ecosystem.
A few other B&D power and gardening tools on sale too - I also have their hedge trimmer, and it's surprisingly good.

Sorry to hear you had a bad experience with yours - good price though. Were you using them as part of your job/in a commercial context?
I've done 3 bathroom renos, a couple of small decks and cubby house builds with my B&D matrix kit. They're still going strong.

Just home Reno's nothing major.. charged them more than I used then but oh well cheap enough to throw them and not worry too much 👍

TEENO or Greenworks or MasterSpec or Monika or any number of shoddy ebay/amazon specials are also brand name drills. Nowadays those brand names probably have just as much standing as B&D
I got the drill and impact driver set with two batteries for $99 lasted about a year or so until I threw it all out. And black n decker being a good brand is laughable.
It's ok for very light use but don't expect the batteries to last
