    Have tried numerous times and keep getting rejected with a 'Clear cookies' error pop up. This is despite using phone and laptop, with different email addresses and cards. Definitely a site issue :(

        I had the same issues after they fixed it. Clearing cookies actually made it work after the fix.

    Submitted order 4 times and they were all declined for no reason, contacted helpline they suggested to create account rather than checking out as guest.

          Card was pending for 3 days, sale basically ended on everything I wanted and then they cancelled it without sending any email or anything to me.

    this is so disgusting. I try to order three times, all declined. Call the customer service three times, they suggest me to use different card and different devices, But the orders still declined.

      Please PM me your order numbers and I will have a look. Please be aware that their are very strict security measures in place for the purchase of gift cards as they are essentially cash and occasionally these measures do trip up legitimate customers but we are always happy to try to resolve the issues. There also is a phone number on your decline emails that you can call for resolution.

    My gift card purchase went through without a hitch, and the swap was pretty seamless too. Used the discount to get some goodies from eBay and I'm pretty happy - 20 minutes from gift card purchase to eBay purchase. Many thanks OP!

    Hi op,

    Can I confirm if purchasing say a $500 giftcard, the value i receive is $550 obvious - is this one swap giftcard when swapping to an eBay giftcard or multiples?

    Same for a $1000 value being $1100 - just one when swapped or multiples?

        Confirmed bought a $909 (seems to be the cap now) and got $999.90 and also a $450 one and got $495 within minutes… swapped them and got the ebay gift cards right now.
