    Recently took up similar offer. Meant to switch back later.
    Received email that 2000 Rewards pts were redeemed as 1000 Qantas pts.
    Contacted Rewards to say I made a mistake - they added back the 2000 pts.
    Kept the Qantas pts! A nice bonus.

      I switched back to instant $10 off, as soon as I got the 750 Q points. A few days ago now on 31st May
      Wasn't targeted this time though.
