    A lot of tablets have jelly scrolling. I had that on my Galaxy Tab S6 and to be honest it isn't a big deal.

    Lenovo Legion Y700, only problem is you have to order from China. Last time I looked, about a month ago, there were only 2 places you could order from, Giztop and Aliexpress. Make sure it is the global version with English as the language and you can install Google Play on it. Going for about the same price as the Mini 6.
