Finally they are selling for how much they are worth

  • you're reliant on kogan for everything here so i hope you're happy with just what kogan has for skins

better off waiting until bunnings has another sale on ozito

look at the certa battery i doubt anything else fits it

    • Will be ok for me will 3d print adapters for my pxc batteries.

I won't buy Kogan products 'Certa' and this is the worst quality I have ever seen in Aussie market for any product. May be good if you are buying toys.

  • Anyone know if hese batteries fit any other system? Eg. Aldi or Rockwell?

    • +1

im not sure i don't think so i have a driver skin on the way i can let you know i have aldi and rockwell batteries here.

      • Ate that would be awesome, I have both of those systems and ozito, and I am looking to ideally replace my last Rockwell (a hammer drill) with something that takes aldo or ozito batteries

        • i guarantee it wont fit shit

the batteries have 5 slots but they look different to ozitos and whatever else is out there

@tonyjzx: Yeah but some tools only have 2 pins, so as long as they line up you are sweet

            • @Jackson: Even if they don't, you can 3D print an adapter and wire it up. The voltages are compatible

Can confirm they don't work with aldi. I think the terminals are the reverse polarity

  • Be careful with this. I ordered a couple of things from kogan last year: A drill, an angle grinder, and a charger+battery pack. All of them said in stock and ready to be dispatched.

They shipped me the charger on it's own in reasonable time.. and then nothing. After 2 weeks it still hadn't been dispatched, and the listings still said 'Instock and ready to dispatch'

I told them to cancel the order 3 weeks later, and they did, but they gave a no apology and to add insult to injury made a dodgy prorata refund because the charger was part of a pack.

I have the Certa impact driver and hammer drill. Impact driver is surprisingly good and usable. No complaints as it's worked every time so far. Managed to get the hammer drill smoking with a 54mm holesaw. Doubt it will last but have a Rockwell brushless which I use instead. Can confirm Certa batteries do NOT fit Ozito, Rockwell, Worx, SCA, Hychika.

Almost tempted to buy another impact driver as a spare.

    • i mean looking at them i have no doubt certa etc. comes out of the same football field sized factory that everyone else gets their stuff from…

They look like Einhell shit tbh… they would work fine for many… its just that the ecosystem sucks.
