The going rate seems to be $78-90 (JB / TGG), and Amazon is showing a 46% discount off RRP of $89.95. The current price is (49c cheaper than last time posted).

I wanted another K400 but can't justify the price for something that won't work with the slightest bit of moisture on the trackpad. This seemed like a good compromise between one of those and a $10 eBay version.

The N9Z can also be had for the same price inc. delivery @ CentreCom.

You just missed the K600 deal from last week….

That's a bloody good deal, bummed I missed it!

  • Bought 1 from MSY about a year ago for the same price (C&C), they still selling for the same price right now.

The trackpad isn't as good as newer laptop equipped with precision trackpad technology, I find myself needing to use the mouse m1 key on left corner, whilst using trackpad with my other hand to move the pointer only… Its better than a $10 no brand for sure, but no where near new laptop level.

It does have some(limited) gesture, making it not as bad as those old laptop keyboard.

keyboard feels okay for the price (key cap don't wobble too much, different key have similar enough actuation force, not too mushy).

After using it a bit on my TV I have stopped from using it (trackpad not precise enough), and kept it as my PC-diagnostic keyboard/mouse for quick troubleshoot for friend etc, so I don't need to keep unplug my primary keyboard/mouse..

Bought this for $9 during one of those crazy MS cashback deals (where they calculated cashback on RRP). lol

Tried using it on my linux mediaserver / HTPC for a while - touchpad was terrible, so I immediately switched back to my Logitech K400.

Started using it as my main keyboard for work during the pandemic, when my main keyboard (G105) died. Honestly, it was surprisingly great! Touchpad still sucks, but not as horrible as I remembered on my HTPC (perhaps Windows drivers / support is better for it?). I definitely wouldn't use the trackpad as my main control device, but as a backup to my regular mouse (like pressing something while I'm reclining in my chair, and can't be bothered reaching forward for my mouse!), it's usable - better than nothing!

But the actual keys are surprisingly ok, and crap all over the K400 (which I still use as my Xbox One mediacentre keyboard). Was only planning to use it temporarily until I bought a replacement keyboard…but I ended up using it for over a year, probably! I only stopped using it because I bought a G915 TKL recently - from a $9 keyboard to a $199 keyboard! lol

Probably one of the best $9 I've spent on OzBargain! lol :)
