  2. Apparently some support team members have claimed the wait period is a month, not 4 weeks. Personally I think they're confused because it's 4 weeks from the offer expiry. So if the offer lasts more than a day and you purchase on the first day, the wait period can be longer than 28 days (up to 5 weeks for week long offers). ↩

  3. Apparently some support team members claim that the wait period is calculated from the transaction date. I think this is related to the same confusion as detailed in the footnote above, i.e that it's a month from the transaction date. ↩

    I got 3000 points after one day from this deal, but still haven't got 3000 points from Liquorland the one I bought on 03/06/22.

    Fly buys cant track its own purchases. Lost this bonus points at least half of the times I shopped with them.

        Yes…Then emailed the required screenshots, then reported them to consumer affairs.

        We all need to do this, as they really are taking the piss (hoping the majority have no evidence or forget after 4 weeks).

        In general, I don't collect any orders anymore unless the points are applied first. Just an FYI, if you don't collect, then after just over a week your order gets cancelled and automatically refunded in full.

          Just be careful with this. I have been stung twice with not picking up orders and then they aren't cancelled by the store automatically and then the store pretended I collected the orders.

          Easily remedied by keeping an eye on your order status and refund and chasing after the first week if not heard anything but it's still an unnecessary hassle!

            @Chocobros: Good point. I've had this with First Choice twice. Pretty dodgy. Guessing staff are grabbing the grog that sits there for a while. Both times the lady said "sorry, I must have hit the wrong button"..
            That being said, you get a message straight away saying your items have been collected.. so you know if something suss is going on.
