The burger never looked the same, not even close to the advertisement over tv or web.
When I ordered 1, I genuinely thought I accidentally ordered the wrong Burger. Like a junior version or something

I went in on this last week, burgers came with no lettuce due to shortages, and another item missing entirely. We did however receive a full refund. While forgotten items is forgivable due to staffing challenges, I expect that the an alert could be included at (edit: online) checkout warning that a burger consisting of lettuce, chicken, sauce and bread could be missing 25% of the ingredients…
what other ingredient did they forget? the only two other ingredients is bun or chicken ?

I'm sitting here wondering if I did the math wrong… 4 ingredients, one missing (lettuce per first sentence) = 25% missing?

I had these yesterday and they were fantastic. The coating was crunchy and the chicken inside was hot and very juicy. Honestly better than any burger I’ve had from KFC. Mine did however have sauce + lettuce and had obviously been made well
really hit or miss on these for me, usually a miss but sometimes you'll get a really good one.
I grabbed one today after getting the email and it was a miss day today, no sauce which sucks when getting the spicy one nor much lettuce/cabbage (like 2 scrap pieces) and a burnt bun that overpowered the chicken patty which was filled with chewy inedible bits of meat. I tried to eat what I can but I think dog enjoyed his lunch today.
