  Response from customer service, short version
  "…I can see that the voucher has already expired yesterday 13 July. It said that the vouchers are available until 14 July because that is set to be the loading of the new vouchers, but not the last day of redemptions. Vouchers' expiry date are available on the voucher itself (which can be viewed via the mobile app or the website). The week 3 vouchers were loaded already at this point in time…"

    I was also annoyed and sent an email to customer service after they stuffed up my dinner plans. Awaiting a reply…..
    Funny thing is though the code for 2 free fried pieces was still working at that time.

      Yep, can confirm, I did get that order through, so was pissed that it was one foot here, another foot there.

    Customer service tried to tell me that expires 14th means midnight on the 13th.

      Yep, same. That's really dumb. How hard to say expires midnight 13th? Or close of store business 13th?
