Yes, you get a link on your phone once ordered. Click on it to tell them you're coming, but then click another more times before you say you're at the restaurant. I clicked that about 5 minutes before I was there to cut down on waiting time.

Only some stores accept Amex. I rocked up to lakemba store and they donāt accept Amex so I had to pay with my Visa. I made a complaint to Amex and they gave me the $10 credit on my Amex.

Store 20 mins away does c&c, but not the local and much newer store 2 mins away, then the app says the 20 minutes away store isn't participating in the offer either.
Red rooster has the worst online ordering system known to man.
Store ran out of chicken and they could not cancel or issue a refund through they're store. Was advised to cancel the online order through the app but guess what? That feature doesn't exist. Manager had to call the franchise owner for advise and advised the only way to request a refund was to lodge feedback through the website… Feedback.. To request a refund. Absolute trash, whoever designed their system needs to get fired

Moorebank is trash, never works for anything when you want it to. I just got this deal tonight from Panania. Normally wouldnāt be keen on the further drive but happened to be at East Hills. Awesome value and will cover 2 meals for us and our two young kids.

I find you need to sometimes add a non-voucher item, and then add the voucher, and remove the first item if not desired.
Often the app green button to add will say 'only one voucher at a time' message - even on an empty cart.
