Hi, can I use this promo if I am using credit from a cancelled booking?
Website clearly shows 4 for 3 deal available on "all our cabin, motel rooms and sites" yet when attempting to book I'm told not available on sites…
Why does it if I book a cabin and it give me a price for those days and then when I get to end of booking and put in number of kids in cabin the price increases?
Price went up $60 when I added our kids to the booking?
Tried to book big4 gold coast. Told "no 4 for 3 on sites" when websites clearly states it includes sites. When pointed this out was told "only for Sunday to thursday" quick read of terms and conditions doesn't mention any such thing. Poor form
