      No… Fairy washes just fine, but is no good if you wash plastics. It's so potent it leaves the worst strong aftertaste that permeates your food if you store it in containers washed with it. Even more so the platinum ones with other add-ons.

      I experimented with 5 different types and settled on Aldi brand powder (not tabs). Cheap, cleans perfectly fine, no aftertaste.

          I now alternate my washes to use the Fairy I bought on Amazon last deal on every second wash… I do all crockery / cutlery etc with fairy as it doesn't seem affected by the aftertaste (and like I said it cleans well)… but then I put the aldi powder in for a wash which includes plastic containers, silicone utensils etc on alternate washes.
