        I think it could be impacting eBay only though - I can get to checkout to see and select denominations for other store gift cards - ikea, Amazon, Bunnings, super swap, etc

          Def was something screwy with the current version of the iOS app and eBay gift card purchasing on iOS 16.

          An old version of the app and iOS 15.5 worked fine

    I bought 2 gift cards… a $10 and a $50 Amazon. Both seemed to have tracked.

    In the challenge page, it seems to have picked up the $10 (it says $35.45 to go) but not the $50. Surely this should be allowed?

    I bought a $50 Kmart gift voucher and got an email from Shopback saying it was tracked for $5. Did I do it wrong.. shouldn't I be getting $10 deposited into my Shopback account to be withdrawn in cash?

      $10 is the bonus after the normal cashback is approved. In which case you got $5 tracked for the normal cashback. Then once that is approved then you'll get the $10 bonus.

      As long as it's an Amazon Gift Card from our ShopBack Gift Cards Portal.
      Not an Amazon Gift Card from Amazon.com.au.

    Crashed during payment and both payment methods have been charged.
    It's been 1 hour and I still have not received my IKEA gift card in my account.

          Not at all, it depends on what you've purchased.
          If it's from an online store, their tracking can take a few days to come in to our system - at which point, our system will update your challenge status.
          If it's a Gift Card from the ShopBack app, it will take a day or so to update in our system.

      The $10 will not show in your account right away.
      As long as the challenge you opted into shows "Completed" within the next day or so, you'll receive the $10 Bonus in 1-2 weeks when your Gift Card Cashback is 'Confirmed'.

          Haha yeah, we all used multiple Special cards to buy more Special cards 'inceptioning' the discount on itself to almost nothing and then quickly spent the credit on SuperSwap cards for legit store gift cards. Was a beautiful thing.

          Then Special starting locking/closing people's cards.

          As long as you did not do the inception thing the Special GC was no problem. The unfortunate thing was not people's accounts being locked but that the purchases were not being refunded. I purchased several last time and yesterday from the AMEX deal with no problems. Just in case always copy details of the card.

          No worries at all, I was looking at your account and saw you had placed the 2nd order - just fixed up the challenge in the backend.

          The $10 will appear in the account once your Gift Card Cashback moves from 'Pending' to 'Approved', which can take 1-2 weeks max.

    Looking to sign up to a 12 month Vodafone $40/mth plan with device repayment of $80/mth totalling $120/mth, will this count as $50 min spend?

      Vodafone only pays the Cashback % based on the 1st month's cost.
      So if the 1st month's order value is greater than $50 - which it sounds like it will be ($120/mth) then you'll be sweet with this $10 challenge!

        The T&C on Vodafone page says “cash back paid on the percentage of the first months’ rate plan value for postpaid plans” - does this mean only the $40/mth and not the entire $120/mth?

          If the device in question is a mobile phone, it's unlikely to be reported as $120.
          If the device in question is a tablet or handset, then it should be reported.
