        Whatchu talking about Willis? I redeemed the challenge in the app, bought a $50 Amazon gift card listed in the Shopback app (not via Amazon itself) - why wouldn't I be eligible?

        Edit: I've got a notification on the SB app that I've completed the $10 bonus and the reward will be sent once my cashback is confirmed. I suspect the chap above was just trolling. How unlike the well adjusted personalities that are normally on OzB!

          First order S&S works. Recurring orders happen automatically, theres no purchase via SB/CR so they would never count.

    I started today the $10 challenge and bought an Amazon $50 gift card just after the challenge was published and I started it, but it hasn’t confirmed the successful challenge. My wife did the same and hers got tracked instantly. Mine is still not tracked.

      $50 in one transaction is just to qualify for the bonus. If you buy a gift card to qualify, you can spend the gift card however and in whatever time period you want, won't impact the bonus.

    Bought 3 stuffs from chemistwarehouse in 1 transaction and strangely the 1% cashback is confirmed and listed 3 times, once for each stuff. Should I worry that it'll affect the challenge?

        I've read the whole thread and there isn't a question about separate cashbacks confirmed and listed for different stuffs purchased in 1 transaction. I am talking about the normal 1 percent cashback

        I've used shopback and cashrewards for years and it's actually the first time it happens to me. Usually, the cashback confirmed is for the whole transaction, no matter how many stuffs I purchased.

          Each store has their own reporting structure as to whether tracking is per order or per individual item.

          Just wait the 2 days and if it still hasn't tracked, hit up shopback rep.

      I think it's because it's not GCs only so we have to wait for the purchase to confirm first, GCs usually confirm in a few days.

          Same here. $10 bonus is "completed" and "Reward Pending" in the earn more section. But nothing tracked in the cashback activities. I completed another challenge after this and $5 challenge bonus was tracked instantly.

    Mine also says "challenge failed", but the order was tracked successfully. I can only assume its because 2 out of the 3 items I purchased are still showing as "calculating". Will the challenge automatically update when the item status updates?

            @chrisie: As is the case with all challenge bonuses: shortly after the cashback for the purchase is confirmed and paid. Having had a look at your account here, that should be within a few days of the 24th of July, when the cashback for your gift card purchase is said to be available by.

    Amazon seem to be splitting order into multiple shipments, wonder if this is causing the issues.
