How to Claim:

• You'll need a ShopBack account if you're a new customer.
• Once logged in, head to the "Earn More" tab on App/Desktop.
• Locate the "$10 bonus on any purchase" challenge and click "Start".
• Shop at the Online Store or for the Gift Card of your choosing, following the Cashback Rules / T&C's as usual.

• Note: The '$ to go' amount that appears when you start the challenge is the pre GST amount.

    Mine shows pending as well. It says "It will move to Available Balance after you: Have your withdrawal details updated."
    My withdrawal details are there and valid so I don't know why it needs to be updated.
    What reason does your one give?

    Edit: Even though it gives that reason it does have a little green tick so it's a requirement but has already been completed. It will take up to 5 days to move to the available balance. I confirmed with live chat.

  my challenge also failed. can't see any of my amazon prime day tracking. any way to check what items or pricing was used?
  With CR it shows you how much the amount and your cashback, here it doesn't really tell you, so i don't even know what to provide them but do know i did complete the challenge.

  Looks like im not the only one here.

  Has anyone received the $10 cashback yet, mine says will move to available only when I've updated my withdrawal details. I've already have withdrawal details setup. What does this mean?

    Weird, are you sure that is the $10 from this deal?

    Did you sign up from a referral code? 'Update withdrawal details' is part of the referral requirement.

    There would have been a little green tick next to the update withdrawal details message. It means it's a requirement but has already been done. The live chat rep said it would take up to 5 days to go through after that.
