    Annoying. The Cash rewards app keeps saying "Retailers app is trying to open. Only eligible purchases on BWS website is eligible for cashback" and nothing loads. I don't even have the BWS app?

      Yup I've had that issue with a few different stores for a while now. Pretty sure they know about it, though haven't fixed it yet (also may be on the store website's end rather than the CR app itself)

      Just have to use a PC browser I guess.

      Definitely annoying. If you dont want to use a pc browser, I just uninstall the app, place the order and then reinstall once I'm done.

      Same here. I did have the BWS app installed, uninstalled and no difference.

      Frustrating, as my last alochol purchase done via a desktop browser didn't track, so am wary of not going via the app.

    Careful on cashback.

    I usually get everything tracked, but I didn't get a purchase tracked last time out- and it got rejected, it was a $15 one so bit annoyed.

    The reason for the rejection was apparently I was using an ablocker- even though I use a clean version of Edge (and everything else until then tracked).

    Is this the new policy going forward @tightarse ? That non-tracked purchases will be rejected?

      My last alcohol purchase via CR also didn't track, and no adblocker in sight. I usually purchase via the app and no issues, that was via desktop browser and now I can't get the CR app to load the BWS site so am wary of being denied again.

    pass. If they had better ER bonus points deals, then yes, but only 800 points on a $70 spend and nothing really I want that is in stock nearby. First Choice and Liquorland paired with FB has better deals.
