The Canon lenses deserve a separate post to the cameras deal. I thought the prices were record low yesterday but credit to the store, today they reduced (rather than jacked) the prices on most RF lenses further, making the bargains even better.

  If you just bought a R5 C and you're looking for your first RF lens, and you primarily shoot 35mm to 50mm, which lens would you grab?

  I generally shoot in a studio environment, so I don't care about weight or portability; but I do care about critical image quality (as what's the point of getting a R5 C if you're not going for the best?)

  I was leaning to the RF 28-70 F2L or RF 24-70 F2.8L, sadly both are OOS. The RF 24-105 F4L seems considerably less good.
