    Notably one of the last 120hz LCD Android phones that came to market with a flagship SoC afaik.

    This Android version is two gens old, and the SOC is a few years old too. Not a bad price but I reckon there would be some better options from Xiaomi or the like (during sales).

      Have this phone as a backup, the last Android update was 11. The Snapdragon 855+ still holds it's own against a lot of phones today, performance is similar to a Snapdragon 778g, and much better than a MediaTek 900.

        Realme UI 3.0 Android 12 should be available soon for it.
        The Beta has been out for a while to users in India running certain firmware versions info on realme forums.

        Wife has the 256/12GB version and still holds up pretty well.
        Got security patches upto May 2022 so June/July should be arriving soon.

        It's got updates for longer than my last LG phone lol

            @bob19: Local or import handset and was it the Beat build? I know some have got the Beta update pushed to their Realme 7 5G in last couple weeks.

            Looking at EU update schedule X3 Superzoom is due to get the update in August, Australian Realme site has zero info on updates that i can find.
