      Scratch and dent have a more noticeable cosmetic marks to exterior. Refurbished generally have very minor marks and scratches. In terms of functionality they would be identical

      From my experience the wear on “scratch and dent” aren’t too bad. It might be a couple of visible scratches to the lid. No damage to the screen.
      Maybe I got lucky though.

    I just received a scratch-and-dent G15. There are no scratches or dents, it looks mint. The charger cable was tied with a rubber band instead of cable tie. I really wouldn't be able to tell the difference between this and a brand-new unit. Guess I got lucky!

      You are lucky. My 5410 2 in 1 has many scratch on it, most ridiculous thing was there is a samll plastic ball in headphone jack which makes me can't use headphone

    Return my first order and made another last Friday. Order was delivered to local post office straight away by Star Track yesterday when I worked from home. No pick card left in my mail box, Au Post did their job so good!
