  • Ordered hows quality but?

    • +1

I have these but in 360ml size. They are weighty but you can tell they are well built. Do recommend them to others (you can get them at a decent price at hospitality stores too)

quality is fantastic. I've got a bunch that I got from an old employer when they were renovating and they are built like brick sh*thouses considering theyre made of glass.

Lots of cafes and restaurants use Duralex, they are tough and durable, if that's the quality you are looking for.

But they are also thick and heavy, not fine crockery kind, if you are looking that sort of quality.

90 mls is a large shot glass. Or two shot glasses.

Is it 1 glass for $9.95 or 6 glasses for 9.95?
Looking at amazon, I think it's 1 tumbler for 9.95??

    • $9.95 for 1
      $25.69 for 6

    • Yeah thinking that too. $10 for a 90ml glass is pants

    • +1

It should be a set of six small tumblers.

    • It says 6 piece set, better be 6. :D

  • +2

Note these are tiny at only 90mL capacity. More like a shot glass.

    • +1

It's demitasse size, really. (For single/double espresso, or the like.)

  • +9

What is this? A cup for ants!?

    • Yeah, 90ml is quite small. Probably just for short black.

    • +1

Not quite big enough for orange mocha frappuccinos.

  • Oos

The Duralex Picardie Tumbler glasses 220ml are fantastic coffee glasses and are unbreakable $14.

    • Thought they looked good. Picked up a set. Thanks :)

  • Listing details are inconsistent…inconclusive whether 1 or 6.

Will give it a go anyway! :)

  • Amazon says "1 pack count of 1" then in description says 6 items. You get 6 glasses.

  • Strange…the 250ml 6 count listing says 25 unit count…

  • If you don't mind a Duralex with a slight bulge in the middle (which apparently makes it easier to hold) there's this for $10

  • I was about to buy, then I had a rare moment of "what would I acually use them for?", I can't really think of much these are a useful size for, they are too small for a drinking glass or coffee cup and too big for a shot glass.

  • After getting cats duralex are the only glasses I can own

  • Any thoughts on the exploding glass stories that you hear sometimes? Supposedly tempered glass can build up stresses and eventually explode/shatter into tiny bits when something small pushes it past the breaking point. This has previously held me back with these.

    • +1

Tempered glass is always internally in tension. It's far stronger but once it breaks there is no little chips you can live with it just fractures into teeny pieces.

  • Why would you even buy this?! Who needs 6 90ml tumblers
