        Everyone has ab muscles you can't see them because of the fat layer, doesn't matter how strong they are. Also toning isn't really a thing surprised the FDA is using it or didn't debunk doing sit-ups/crunches for abs as well.

    Actually bought one for a different purpose than claimed. Have badly knotted abs on one side, that I use a massage gun to release. TENs in this area could really help. I will be happy if it simply and conveniently gives my abs a good shake. Under no illusions that it will build muscle…

      I'd use a regular tens machine over this. Place the pads over a larger range of muscle than with this naval focused device.

    Obligatory comment, the only way to get visible abs is to be low enough % body fat, and it varies by person based on genetics and other factors.
