  Good option if buying a Samsung TV with their cashback promo. That's the price the B450 was going for, so a 2 model jump for free.

  3.1 is essential for a soundbar (centre channel and subwoofer), most people should not go below b650 (e.g. b550, b450, these don't have a centre channel so dialogue is harder to hear). So b650 is probably the cheapest samsung one still worth getting.
  Q series adds two to four up firing speakers which work with dolby atmos I believe, not something I'm interested in personally. All Q series have a centre channel and and sub woofer, so if a deal pops up for one of those, it's still a sure bet.
