  I got a bow. Scammed. Good mystery box though, if you can pull one of the treasure hunter weapon mtx, they kinda act like Herald explosions. Very satisfying.

  I hate this game. (3.5k hours played)

    I was thinking of getting in to it as a new player, should I avoid?. I'm typically not a fan of f2p or subscription games. I prefer to buy a game once and enjoy it for a few years without pay-to-win. Cosmetic purchases idm.

      If you like Diablo style games, absolutely. It's got a pretty high learning curve but you can just jump in and get going and see if you like it. Your first character will likely fail later on but you'll then have enough knowledge to follow a build guide and make it to maps/endgame and go from there, if you like the game enough to stick around. The game is free to play but if you were to actually play it in endgame and trade with other players, you'd need to get a few stash tabs for quality of life, which would be like ~$20.

      If you were after a build guide from the get go, I'd google "path of exile enki build guide" which is kinda the go-to build guide for new players, he explains everything really well in his forum post guides.

      I love this game, despite what I said before. I play it for 6-8 weeks every time a new league launches and always have a great time.

    My first key worked, the 2nd key I got the message about the invalid key. Was this on your 2nd or 1st key?
