      I had the same issue. Solved it by going into settings and deleting the cookie for pizzahut.com.au

      Private window would likely work too.

          Yeah it appears above the game. I did it in brave browser private mode. I'd try multiple browsers tho if it isn't working.

      Need to order the pizza without any additional additions for pickup then enter the code.

      If you order for delivery it'll show as code not found.

    I got a code for free pizza but i closed the window when i saw "your code will be emailed to you". Moments later.. i still haven't received the email. Is there anyway to retrieve the code?

    Only got 1 last time across the olympic period and it was on a day with 6k+ pizzas, also got one hell of a look from the employees just for claiming it.

    I wonder if they screwed up with either the wording or the execution.

    "Fill in form from 4pm" suggests that the form should only be available from 4pm onwards.

      It is only available from 4pm onwards. You can change the clock on your phone to 4pm so it lets you get the code early though. Thank web developers

      I think now they will put it up at 4pm. From memory, it takes a couple of minutes for all of them to disappear so get your devices ready. Also the clock can get stuck due to time differences so maybe move your device clock to sooner
