    The last 2 times I've made a pre-order at my local store they haven't had my orders load up in the system 🤨

      That’s happened to me as well, I had to call their customer care and someone from that was able to locate my order and they had my local store to make it…

      From what I figured was, that it only happened to me when I had pre-ordered before the day of pickup.

      Had the same issue at the Fairfield Heights NSW store, worker first stated "my order isn't on the system" and then accidentially spilled out that they just don't want to honour it (only used 2 codes at the time)

      Another mate of mines went to the same store with only 2 codes, but this time was given racial remarks and declined all orders.

      Best way is to contact customer service by message via https://www.pizzahut.com.au/contact or call on 1300 553 899 and they will compensate you with another code (and hopefully look into it for future promotions)

    If you have multiple codes, try not to get all on the same day. My store won’t honour it. Most likely a franchise store.
