Me too. At mine the items that are in stock online are not in stock when I get there a lot of the time.

That stock checker link says 2 in stock in Northlands VIC placed a Click and Collect order it was cancelled for "no stock available". Looks like Melbourne is completely devoid of these now.

Just picked up another one from minchinbury. Staff member said 28 came in today.
The price seems to have come down to $39.89 at every Bunnings I cared to check (4 or 5) - all ones that were still regular price previously.

There's a syneco one. What's the difference?
Syneco is steel (cosco - aluminum), 6kg (cosco - 3.4kg), thinner folded at 45mm (cosco folded-up at110mm) and bigger foot step surface.
cosco looks like a cheap version of Bailey 120kg 3 Step Hybrid Stool Step Ladder
Maybe if you're going to use it for a long period of time the weight might matter but in this case I wouldn't drive further than your nearest Bunnings just to find stock.
This is my first ever ladder purchase… Should the step ladder be unstable when there is no weight on it?
When I step on it, it doesn't rock about as much but when there is nothing on its not sitting flat on the floor. Is this normal?
I tested two in the store and one wasn't flat or stable the other was perfect.

Kinda kicking myself because I tested the ladder just outside Bunnings but my friend said the unevenness was normal and once you step on it it's fine but it didn't seem right to me.
