    Love your coffee! Suggestion for the website though, the main product page that shows all the images isnt the greatest for looking through the different roast levels, caffeine etc. The alternative is clicking back and forth through ten separate tabs to compare different strengths, flavours etc.

    Would be good to see a single page with an overview of all the beans, a bit like below. Prices are approx with 30% off.

      Hey there Blurem - we have a number of CB customers that use our light and our dark roasts regularly.
      I would recommend you start in the middle with the Enterprise Blend and see how it goes for you.
      Hopefully others can chip in here for you with their experience to help.

    So here is my ranking out of the ones I've tried for espresso/with milk in order of least favourite to most favourite

    Pegasus - Felt like it lacked flavour and character
    Sumatra - Not bad
    Enterprise - Good all round choice
    Stargazer - Current choice, loving it. Has lots of flavour

    So it seems like I prefer dark roasts

    Twilight is my new go to.

    Have tried and prefer: Sumatra > Pegasus > Enterprise > Columbia.

    But OH prefers Columbia. So Twilight and Columbia at the moment.

      The AirJo decaf is superb. I typically only drink decaf but have tried at least 5 other AirJo variants and prefer my decaf for flavour wise. Been drinking it every day for the last year.

    I've been having Sumatra for about half a year now and have been doing approx 2-2.5:1 ratio with 94 or 95 degrees. Is that the recommended settings?

    Thinking about also trying something similar but different? I do drink with milk but like the taste it as a double Espresso before adding my milk each time.

    I've had Enterprise and Pegasus but much preferred the Sumatra.

    Awesome just as I was about to run out, bought a mixture of Pegasus, Saratoga, Twilight & Stargazer. Looking forward to give them a try, maybe I need to start just grinding the exact amount for a shot so I can try a different one each day rather than waiting to finish one bag.     Loved the bean the last time I ordered BUT just some feedback RE Shipping. I am about 40km north of the Factory and from order to arrival on doorstep was 7 days on the nose. I thought hey I'm out of beans ill try you guys out. Alas your beans are sitting in a vacuumed canister currently after having to buy some more from my local! I did try a half dozen brews and they were lovely though :)
