Looks like a pretty good price for a quality B660M board. Same specs as the MSI B660M-A Pro board I believe.

Where's the deals like this on itx!

  • Cool colour

  • Micro boards , everwhere , seem much cheaper/common right across the board - near clearance models . Full size atx far less available ?

    • once you try micro it's hard to find a reason to go ATX

      • more size efficient, cheaper and realistically a lot of people use at best 2 pcie slots anyway

  • Assuming a BIOS update will then have this support 13th gen when released

Lol it doesn't have onboard wifi but thank god it has a PS/2 port why šŸ¤¦

    • +1

Haha also it has only 6 usb ports! + No Type-C input!

      • +1

        supports ubc-c from case.

PS/2 offers an interrupt based input, which theoretically gives it better latencies than USB polling can achieve, as well as stuff like native N-key rollover.
Also great for fans of legendary older keyboards or just older input devices which still work great.

      • People using keyboards from 1986 yeah must be a necessary feature in 2022 šŸ„“

      • Seriously? People use PS/2 for gaming still?

        • I personally don't use PS/2, but it does have its advantages.

Do you have some problem with PS/2?

          • @Yumi: I wouldnt say it was a problem, I didnt even know this was a thing - and cant remember seeing any gaming hardware with PS/2 compatibility.

            • @Franc-T: Motherboards are dropping support for PS/2 in favour of USB, so it's unlikely you'll see anything new which uses PS/2 these days.
That's not to say there isn't good older stuff that does.

(at least you can still find PS/2 around; I'm bummed out that DVI got dropped everywhere)

Is this good for Ryzen 5950x processer

    • No, you need AM4 socket for that, e.g. B550 or X570.

    • Not compatible. You will need B550 or X570.

    • Supports 12th Gen IntelĀ® Coreā„¢, PentiumĀ® Gold and CeleronĀ® processors for LGA 1700 socket

Probably not if you spent two seconds to click on the link..

    • Nah but u can run a 12100F
