The Hokey Pokey was damn good, 1/3 of a block gone already while snacking and watching shows

Bought one milk chocolate to try, thanks hamza!

Yes I love it too. Have you tried the dark Ghana. Very nice also. I also liked the Bundaberg ginger but it seems discontinued.

Not yet! I’ll pick one up from Coles before the end of the promo. But it’ll be just one guy finishing all 3 blocks (1 Hokey Pokey, 1 Milk Chocolate and 1 Dark Ghana) of Whittaker 😅

If this is your first time trying this brand then Coconut flavour is the best of the lot.

    • Sounds like an addiction…
Think you need to turn yourself around

I like Cadbury milk chocolate better, but the coconut Whitaker is definitely King

    • Just got my order. Dont think the quality is as good as the stuff made here. Cadbury tastes a lot better and has no strange aftertaste.

    waiting for the dark choc

  • Wish they had the NZ ones, the pear + chocolate one is amazing

Pear and white chocolate is one of my all time favorites. I think their milk chocolate is the best of the supermarket bunch

    • Pear and Manuka Honey? Big W sells it.

      • And some Coles stores in their international aisle (NZ section).

Sold out? Showing as $12 for me.

These are very good chocolates. Isn’t it usually $4 at Coles ? Might help someone who does Amazon shop regularly rather than Coles.

    • It is this week but I'm pretty sure it's usually $6 or $6.50.

    • It's difficult to find stock. Atleast Coles gives rainchecks. Colesworth deliberately keep stock low for most popular half price or special promo items and people also buy the hell out of it as if there is no tomorrow or inflation.

  • Still seems pretty expensive

Keep in mind that it's cheaper than a $3 Cadbury block (180g) on special and better quality ingredients, see here.

      • Youre right. I didnt realise there is a weight difference sorry

All good. Googled and found out this:

In 2009, Cadbury cut the family block sizes from 250g to 200g. But following a barrage of consumer complaints, it increased the block sizes back to back to 220g in 2013. Then in 2015, it cut the family blocks from 220g to 200g.

          Then in 2019:

The new change will see Dairy Milk standard blocks go from 200g to 180g.

Cadbury haven't updated their website fully.

"The equivalent of a glass and a half of full cream milk in every 200g of Cadbury Dairy Milk Milk Chocolate."
          "Size: 180g"

  • These are 250g blocks. $1.60 per 100g
The hazelnut blocks are only 200g. $2 per 100g
