        Yup makes sense. Found out in dashcam info that 16GB can record up to 540mins so guess I just multiply that by 4.

          Works for go pros, decent number of max full writes and the write speed will be fast enough for 4k

        Yep. Recommend these as the starting point if you’re running something 24/7 on a Raspberry Pi that does writing to storage (logs or whatever). Lost a number of SD cards to wear, my endurance cards have held up better.

        External HDD may be better still but it’s a price hike when you factor in the enclosure.

      Not recommend high endurance for dashcam, pro endurance usually cheaper than max endurance but has shorter warranty on 128/256gb.
