  • Looks like the $5 for $100 spend got re-roll over.

  • I’m confused. I load the app and can’t see the 8% cash back on JB’s $100 GC.

    • +1

      Its 3% cashback + $5 bonus cashback
Make it 8% if you purchase a $100 JB GC

  • Confusing.. it says it starts in 3 days and it is also not 13% for amart for example (12%)

  • Not sure if anyone else has this issue but when I use credits to pay for deliveroo I don't get the discounts that the restaurants are offering. E.g. 30% off

    • Does it not show the discount as you're adding items?

      • It does but when you pay its the full amount

    • As below https://www.ozbargain.com.au/comment/12540364/redir
This is only a visual bug, the discounted amount is still correctly deducted. You can check for yourself by calculating your before/after credit remaining.

  • Looks like IKEA $100 GC has been sold out

    • Yep! That was way too soon :(

      • Sucks… I'm in the market for a new kitchen and Cashback would of been great on 10k worth of gift cards 😅

  • +5

TBH not very attractive to exchange for JB or TGG
Given TCN and Ultimate GC are regularly having 10% off
And their "Home" GC can be used in both JB and TGG

    • Can the home card be used online?

  • Posted at midnight and 600 sold at 4 am.

  • Even with 20% off (or CB) deliveroo is still more expensive than uber eats and menulog. It's actually UK owned - I thought it was an Aus start-up given the name.

    • +1

Is it? I've tested examples a few times and the prices are exactly the same at stores. Only difference is delivery/service fees but they fluctuate quite a bit with memberships and promotions.

    • There is additional promo on deliveroo for $5 on $50 gift card .. activate that as well and u will have $55 value for $40

  • AMAZON?

    • +1

Would be sold out already 😏

  • -1

Oh noooo we are in the market for furniture

  • +1

where's the super swap card promo? prefer that instead of specific brand

  • +1

Deliveroo always says no drivers available when I want to order. Risky gift card purchase imo

    • It must depend on area. I've ordered stacks of times, never had that.
I did once have a problem where I ordered and waited ages only to then find out there were no drivers.

  • -1

    Yeah, risky giftcard…
No drivers, higher prices, lesser options…
To be honest Deliveroo isn't doing so well, probably go byebye soon!

    • lol. Got some inside information there do you? What makes you say they aren't doing well?

  • How many gift cards can we use to pay for something at The Good guys? Is there a limit?

    • 2

      • I think that is online on their website but in store should be no limit?

        • I think so too, saw someone used 10+ gift cards in the store one day.

  • IKEA $100 at 11% off may be sold out, but $200 is available at 8.5% off.

    $200 - 6%, - $5 promo = $183 or 8.5%

Given the other promos are always limited to one or two cards I'd probably take the opportunity if you're saving for a kitchen like us.

    • +1

      Or buy 2x $50.

      • Not sure that would work, doesn't it need to be from one $100+ transaction?

        • +1

No. The terms state multiple orders are eligible.

        • +2

          It's work.
          I bought 2 x $50 IKEA gc at 00:40.
          They're tracked 2 x $3 at 00:41 and challenge bonus $5 at 00:42.

  • Ikea comes up at 6% cashback.

    • +1

$100 gets a separate $5 cashback bonus (remember to start it), and 6% cash back is $6. So $11 or 11% off a $100 IKEA gift card. But they're sold out so see above for $200 at 8.5% off.

      • Thanks.

  • +1

    Airbnb displaying as 4%

    • +1

Yeah OP is including Cashback + the Bonus available on $100 Gift cards running at the moment. 4% on the card itself, opting into the $5 Bonus on a $100 Gift card Challenge running on our app makes up that extra 5%.

  • Do you get $5 off every $100 gift cards? I want about 10.

    • Usually 1 per account. Ask relies and friends to join.

  • Does anyone have issues stacking Deliveroo gift cards with store specific promos? It seems to sometimes charge the full amount and then you need to contact them to get the difference.

    • I get this too. Thing is, it shows the full amount being charged, but the actual amount deducted from your credit is the discounted amount. I haven't done this in a while though so I'll have to check again.

    • I ordered an item on Deliveroo around lunch time today and managed to use both the store coupon and gift cards. The store coupon is 50% off the entire menu with discount automatically applied at checkout for hitting $30+ and I had to just load my Deliveroo balance up with gift cards

    • Can confirm, this is still only a visual bug with the receipt showing the full amount. The discounted amount is still deducted correctly from your credit.

  • I got a notification saying Kmart was included, but I couldn't see it was on the app

  • Priceline gc is only 6% ? Anyone having same issue?

    • +2

6% is the base rate and you add the $5 bonus for $100 spend to get the 5% extra calculation from OP:
      6% + 5% = 11%

  • Does anyone know if I bought an air-conditioner from TGG with a gift-card if I can still claim for the Fujitsu Free Money Promo?

    https://www.fujitsugeneral.com.au/promotions-and-finance/det…

I'm concerned that I cant provide proof of purchase for the claim..

    • Don't see why not? The proof of purchase will be the receipt… GC payment shouldn't make a difference.

      • They need a bank transfer, credit card statement or cash receipt apparently for the proof of purchase

        • The cash receipt should show all payment methods used. You could also ask for a tax receipts.

  • The $5 bonus on $100 spend is still available on the app. Deliveroo gift cards are now 10% instead

    • +2

This deal should have been split into two to avoid confusion with different expiry dates.

  • $100 IKEA gift card = 11% cashback

All IKEA GCs are now showing as 4% base.
Therefore, $100 IKEA gift card = 9% cashback

Also, the challenge ends just before midnight.
