  is it any good? some of the ratings comments suggest its underpowered. There is also a black and decker on sale with similar specs, not sure if thats any good

    This thing is tiny. I have this (or a very a similar one), use it for blowing dust off various industrial plant equipment - perfect for that and maybe for blowing finer stuff (dust, swarf, shavings) on a hard floor, would be near useless for any decent quantity of leaves or clippings in a >= mid sized yard.
