now we can complain that no Garmin ;-) Come on… you can do it!

    • Actually, some Garmin is already on sale - https://www.pushys.com.au/current-on-sale/garmin.html

      • Can you match JA for the epix and add the 15% on top of it? :)

        • Geez… a man's gotta eat you know. Just the 15% my friend.

          • @AndreNaples: Pity. That would have made it only $10 cheaper than when BikeBug, which you guys own, had the 20% off sale in June. Maybe I'll wait till the next 20% sale.

            • +1

@eug: I run marketing for that business too. Can confirm that the 20% off on BikeBug will never happen again.

              • @AndreNaples: Now that's a bigger pity. Thanks for the heads up!

              • @AndreNaples: Why are the prices for an identical item on Pushys and BikeBug different? I'm not going to give an example in case it's a price error?

                • +1

@bongom: Oh that's an error for sure. Take the win where you can get it.

  • Any recommendations for a decent toddlers helmet. Will just be sitting in a baby bike seat. Unable to try on in person.
Is there something that is high quality safety at a decent price?

  • I just did an order yesterday. Can I cancel and reorder? Sucks!

    • Reach out to customer service. They'll hook you up.

  • Placed an order yesterday (yet to be delivered) and naturally this pops up now! Any chance of a good will credit of the difference for a regular customer?

    • +3

Of course. Contact our customer service

      • Awesome, actually sent off an email earlier this morning but great to know I'll get a pleasant reply. Appreciate the service.

For anyone else interested Pushys has a great price on the MTB steadyracks atm

        • I reached out and they gave me store credit.
          It was really easy

  • Dual sus mtbs are expensive these days. Not much for under 4k :(

Are you actually from pushies? if so can you get them to get rid of the god awful new site and go back to the previous one that was miles better, new site is shit to navigate, hiding every thing in the menus

    • +3

Yep, actually from Pushys… I don't really want to back to the old version of the menu, as the new one was my idea. But, if you tell me exactly what i missing I'll see if I can adjust.

      • huh, looks like the site has already been updated since the last time i was on it..

It used to be you had to click view all under every category to view more than like 4 options which just meant lots of extra clicks over the previous website.

how about allowing me to use the scroll button to scroll (by pressing the scroll button in, rather than turning the wheel)

        • I'll ask the question. Thanks for the comments

Hi, thanks for the promotion. May I please make some suggestions as a very old customer?
Suggestion 1: maybe reduce all prices and run them like that all the time, rather than running those frequent and random promotions by codes. Will make it a lot more convenient for the customers.
Suggestion 2: could you please bring back those huge apparel clearances you had some years ago? Now you are very conservative with price reductions. So, I switched to wiggle and other overseas shops for my cycling apparel.

No Assos RS9 bibs in L or M on clearance? Could only find XXS or XL and upwards sizes. And I am between M and L in Assos. XXL people don't ride bikes in Assos anyway.

  • When i add an item to the cart it has the price and then apply the discount via code in teh checkout section
It then adds the GST component.
So essentially it looks like the online price is ex GST. So the discount is only 5%.
I didnt find out his until I try to pay.

Is this normal practice to advertise ex GST?

Are you talking about the order summary screen where you enter in your card number? If so, you're not reading it right. Calculate it manually, it doesn't add the GST to come up with the total, it's just telling you how much GST is.

e.g. This product is $1,499. With 15% off you'd expect it to be $1274.15.

If you proceed to the payment page it says:

       Subtotal $1,499.00
Discount (Take 15% Off Almost Everything) -$224.85
Shipping Shipping Option - Australian Regular $0.00
       Tax $115.83
       Order Total $1,274.15

The GST on $1274.15 is $115.83.

      • Thats what i expected, then i thought it was "most items" 15% off so I thought maybe my item is just not oneof those.

Then went to check out and manually calculated it..

Thats why I asked here, thought it was strange.

        MATT

Edit: may have been just a clitch in the matrix , I just tried it again and all ok.. Strange

        Thanks for the responses…

I just made a purchase and this was not the case. The sale percentage was subtracted from the advertised price, just like any normal sale. The gst is displayed but it was just for information, like any invoice has to show.
