    Beware. Still waiting on a verdict for my pending transaction from April 2 (during the 40% cashback promo). Was meant to be assessed by August 1 which was bad enough, but apparently Shopback still hasn't heard back from the vendor.

      BEWARE !!!!!

      My wife and I are both waiting for our cashback for that same promo. We both have ' Pending'.

      That is $40 x 2 owed. Not an insignificant amount for two pensioners.

      Shopback have all the requested documentation to support our claim.

        Used this code, purchased in shopback app and didn't track. Just got word from support that they can't credit my cashback because it didn't track?? Last time I had this issue with CR they immediately credited the cashback to me and said they would investigate internally.

      This is per purchase - flash sales will be per transaction unless stated otherwise. Just remember to exit the page and click through from ShopBack again between each purchase so each one tracks :)

      Cashbacks never stack - last site you visit will "win" the affiliation to the sale and pay you. They might both track - but one (or both!) will be rejected at claim time.

        It does matter. Once it registered, yeah, we know it takes 4 months, but I have noticed if they don't reply that it's been tracked after a few hours to a day, you will have the usual reply of, sorry, vendor is not paying crap.

        Ordered yesterday about 7pm, and still nothing tracked.

        So after you raised a missing claim, they have confirmed and it is in pending state or are they still investigating?

        Mine was rejected, as they claim it was not tracked, yet I purchased & paid withing the promo period, 'Shopback' button was definitely activated [changed from RED to GREEN].

        However, after complaining about the rejection, they are going to honour it.

        I've always supported Shopback over Cashrewards, but I'm starting to lose trust with these guys, as that was my second cashback claim in a row I had issues with. Never had problems in the past, or on small purchased, but last 2 have been over $10. Hmmmmmm!
