Can these devices be used as an UPS? It says it has pass through charging, which I assume means it can output power while the battery is being charged?

200 watt is the output of the inverter (the AC plugs).
The power capacity is 260 watt/hours.
That means 1 watt for 260 hours, or 260 watts for one hour. So, 260/25 = ~10 hours.

Considering it seems the vast majority (if not all) don’t allow anything over 100Wh (or up to 169Wh for some) to be taken onboard (see Qantas for example), I’m surprised it would be allowed onboard.

can this be used to charge PHEV car?
Anyone tried using power tool batteries as a backup inverter / power supply? We have solar, and tonnes of Makita and other batteries, but no real way to use them. I know a few brands sell them
I've made a 600W inverter that runs off 2x Aldi xfinity batteries. It's doable, just need some parts to make it work and an enclosure for all of it.

Around $160, Inverter was $100, needs DC-DC step down to go from 18v to 12v, circuit breaker and fans for cooling. There is probably a few videos online with other brands but I had to make the Aldi one from scratch.

I probably have too much time on hand. But in case it's not common knowledge, their discount code is basically AF*DS where * is pretty much any letter. It varies from 10-30%. AFGDS works for this power station but doesn't work on the powerbank, however AFEDS works for the powerbank (30%). So if you really want something, try different code and see if it works for the product you want.
P.S. Comeback20 and comeback15 seems to be universal discount code
