  Vegetable & canola oil works really well as a substitute for two stroke oil and chain bar oil for a chainsaw. My mate does it a fair bit and it always works well.

    Your mate probably loves to make a mess lol. Cooking oils are not viscous or sticky enough for use in a chain saw. I bet you the oil just flings off the chain. In an emergency, sure. But you'd be better off just buying the cheapest motor oil you can get.

  for me (in Melbourne), the Fanta Raspberry No Sugar 1.25 Litre shows as $2.25 not $1.70 (down from $3.40)

  Warning to everyone - Some of these prices are ONLINE ONLY and Woolworths is now charging more in store. For example, the Gippsland MixIns Yoghurts this week are an "online only" price. If you shop instore you will be charged more. You can also not trust the WW app, because even if you select that you are shopping in store it shows the cheaper online only price - but that does not come up at the till when you pay and then you will be shown that the catalogue has a tiny "online only" circle in the corner of the product picture.
