  I was trying to buy the "Prezzee Minions Smart eGift Card" with the promo code, thinking this one is also consider as their "smart egift card" but it didn't work. Then when I tried again with the usual "Prezzee Smart eGift Card", it worked, discount applied straight away. I think that it only works with their usual "Prezzee Smart eGift Card", not the other smart egift cards. If in doubt, just click the "Shop now" from the email, it will take you directly to the "Prezzee Smart eGift Card" page.

  Received code today, same applied shows -$5 at final step once code applied and still charged $100 on cc. Invoice shows $100. Trying to sort out with customer service

      Thanks did not hear anything back over the weekend, only followed up again just now. people should be aware of this issue before purchasing, still unresolved

  Warning others, don’t take this deal. Still unresolved for me as at today, 9 days after it occurred. The code applied at check out but Prezzee takes $100 out of your bank/card. Still no refund/reimbursement in sight.
