  Got my voucher as a credit against my Catch account. Thanks to all the ozbargainers that put up a fight that meant I didn't need to as it looks like they applied after all the complaints.

  Finally got this sorted (they actually gave me too much credit in the end), but it was close to the worst customer service I've ever experienced.

  Will never give either company my business again.

  I ended getting the $45 Magic Bullet to Go Blender with my catch voucher as there wasn't anything I wanted in particular but for $0.50 after voucher can't complain haha.
