First post so please be kind. Seems like a good price and has a child lock which is a big plus.

      My Beko washer/dryer is made in Turkey. Can't fault it.

      Generally the made in Turkey models are considered to be not as good quality as the made in Germany ones. That said there's not much choice in this price bracket.

    Installer told me the Made in Turkey have a plastic enclosure whereas the Made in Germany uses a stainless steel wash tub. Difference between something lasting 5-10 years vs. 15+

  How does it compare to something like Westinghouse WSF6602WA White Freestanding Dishwasher that's $150 cheaper?

  Using it a rental property, just need it to last a long time

  Just had my series 4 leak and cause thousands of dollars damage to cabinetry.

  I called Bosch immediately when noticing the leak and they said they have to send a tech out so I asked them to do that asap.

  They emailed me asking for various numbers etc. and ate up valuable time taking 3 days to respond between my replies which were all done within minutes.

  Eventually they wanted to charge me an exorbitant amount because the unit was out of warranty, having only used it for 12 months give or take 2-3 weeks, I was stunned. They said it was a long way out of warranty according to the build date.
  I had purchased from the good guys and installed and began using it days later.

  After that my $4K Bosch fridge ice maker went, again, out of warranty by a few months from the build date so expensive fix.

  Then my 900mm freestanding oven went, this time within warranty, but 'fixed' twice and then out of warranty and now I'm left with an oven that I can't use.

  So, I'd advise so strongly to avoid Bosch appliances. They aren't great when they're working, they're about as reliable as a German vehicle, they have the same short warranties of a German vehicle and as about as expensive to repair as one too.

  My Westinghouse products have all been superb, a Miele vacuum and dishwasher also very good, I deeply regret downgrading to thr Bosch product.

  Warranty from build date? Never heard of that approach. The warranty must be from the date of purchase, looks like they've taken advantage of you.

  Do these vent automatically at the end of the cycle? My current one you need to open as soon as it's finished or you send up with very wet dishes.
