WD-40 gives much better penetration. This one is pretty dry.
Penetration rate is important, and whether the enclosure can handle it. Especially with the lack of other slots

I think the upgrade means done by WD.
I saw YT video that they put their own SSD and it works perfect.
Not sure, some say yes, some say no. If this is from Amazon, can always return if found out no SSD slot later, but unlikely can do the same with JW Computers.
I dont get this product, does it have an RTX 3080 inside? If I have a laptop eg: Dell Inspiron with Irix Intel CPU graphics, how does this help me game?
One connector for peripherals and power and quite possibly the ability to add additional storage.
87W PD so may be a bit limited for some gamer focused laptops.
Make sure you have Thunderbolt and if you have a PC, know the limitations (especially if you have an AMD system with Thunderbolt 3/4).
Do not get this if you want to use it on USB-C first and later upgrade to Thunderbolt 3. While Thunderbolt port on systems / laptops will accept USB 3.2 gen 2 input, the reverse is not true. A Thunderbolt storage device will NOT work when you connect it to USB 3.2 gen 2. You will get a warning from Windows (that you need to connect the device to a Thunderbolt port) and won't work if you connect it to an USB-C 3.2 gen 2 port.
